   Download the APK

   Tap Download APK. If your browser asks, keep the file.

   Allow the install

   Android asks once for apps from outside the Play Store.

   Play Protect may not know the app. Open More details.

   Allow SMS permission

   Android 15+

   Android 15 and 16 block SMS permission at first for apps installed outside the Play Store. If Allow is greyed out:

   1. Open App info for textbee.
   2. Tap ⋮ in the top right, then Allow restricted settings.
   3. Go to Permissions › SMS › Allow.

   Connect to your dashboard

   Open textbee and scan the QR code that your dashboard shows.

Requirements

• Active SIM card with SMS capability
• SMS permission granted on the Android device
• Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
• Battery optimization disabled for background operation (recommended)
