You write the message in the textbee dashboard, from any computer. An Android phone with your business SIM sends it. The phone needs Android 7.0 or later and stays on, charged and connected.

Send from the tools you already use
No code needed. Keep your list in Google Sheets, or connect a booking tool, web form or CRM through Zapier or Make so a text goes out on every new booking or lead. Developers can call the text message API directly. All other integrations are on the integrations page.

One flat monthly price with messages included, and no per-message fee. A business with 500 customers that texts each of them four times a month sends 2,000 messages, which fits the Pro plan. The carrier side goes on your own mobile plan.

Text people who asked to hear from you
Only text customers, members and leads who gave you their number for this. Put "Reply STOP to opt out" on promotional messages and remove anyone who replies STOP. The opt-in checklist has the details.
One phone sends roughly 10 to 15 messages a minute, so a large blast takes time to drain. Carriers can filter bulk patterns on consumer SIMs. Marketing messages still need consent from the recipient under the local rules.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free mass texting service?
Yes. The textbee Free plan sends 300 messages a month, up to 50 a day, from one phone, with no credit card. That covers a small list, a club or a trial run. Pro is $14.99 a month for up to 5,000 messages and Scale is $29.99 for up to 25,000.
Do recipients see each other or reply to everyone?
No. Each person gets a private one-to-one text from your number. There is no group thread, nobody sees the other numbers, and a reply comes back only to you.
How many people can I text at once?
As many as your plan allows in a month. One phone sends roughly 10 to 15 messages a minute, so a list of 300 goes out in about 20 to 30 minutes. Add a second phone on Pro or Scale to send faster.
Can customers reply to a mass text?
Yes. The text comes from the SIM in your phone, so a reply goes to that number. With receiving turned on in the app, replies show up in your dashboard next to what you sent, and a webhook can pass them to your own tools.
Do I need to rent a number or register a sender?
No. textbee sends from the carrier-issued SIM in your own phone, so there is no number to rent and no brand or campaign registration of the kind rented business numbers need. You still need consent from the people you text.
Do my customers need an Android phone?
No. Only the phone that sends needs Android. Your customers get a normal text on any phone, iPhone or Android.
